Compulsion by Jonathan Kellerman

*****

Usual murder mystery fiction featuring psychologist Alex Delaware partnered with LAPD detective Milo Sturgis. Grand easy holiday read that raced along but the plot I shall probably have forgotten by vacation's end. #book #fiction

*****

Knight Rider (Pilot, 2008)

*****

If you grew up in the 80's then you must have felt a pang when you heard they were making this. Yes, the original was cheesy as hell but it was also great fun. This is a pretty poor update but had enough to keep me watching to the end.

My Favourite Wife by Tony Parsons

*****

Having read and enjoyed “Man and Boy” and “One for my baby”, I was looking forward to reading this latest novel from Tony Parsons. Alas it was a major disappointment. Having just finished it, I am left with a sense of...

George's Secret Key to the Universe by Lucy and Stephen Hawking

Great fiction for preteen children with even the vaguest interest in the universe, planets and stars.
